A Sous Chef or Junior Sous is required for a Michelin property with live-in near Somerset/Wiltshire. This role is looking for a Sous Chef or Junior Sous with a Michelin background or 3 Rosettes with the salary of £28,000 – £35,000 plus gratuities plus live-in available.

 

The Head Chef of this Michelin property has a superb background and has worked at 3 Michelin Star level. The Head Chef is looking for someone who wants to develop and step up whether that be a Sous Chef or a Junior Sous.

There is live-in available at this property in a stunning area of England.

 

This is a standalone independent property with no head office interference or menu input – as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous your input into the creative Michelin starred menu will be crucial.

This Michelin property is only open for Lunch on the weekend.

• Dinner 6:30-9pm (Tuesday to Sunday)
• Lunch 12:30-2pm (Friday to Sunday)
• Closed Mondays
