A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within relaxed fine dining restaurant in Birmingham. The concept is simple amazing food and service and comfy surroundings nice and relaxed and for the right Chef de Partie willing to pay £22,000 – £25,000 plus tips.

 

The Head Chef of this restaurant is looking for a Chef de Partie that has a background in Rosettes, if you don’t have Rosette experience then you need to have an unreal attitude and passion for food and a hunger to want to learn and develop.

 

As a Chef de Partie in this restaurant you will be working with a la carte and tasting menus – don’t be surprised for a customer to be sitting right next to where you are working and speaking to you, its that sort of set up.

 

You will also have set holidays as well including being closed for Christmas so you can plan well ahead.

 

The shift pattern here is great – closed Sunday and Monday – no lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday so they are straights shifts starting 1pm followed by splits Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 

 

Although this is a Chef de Partie role – if you are a strong Commis Chef or a Demi Chef de Partie please apply.
