A Michelin fine dining restaurant in Birmingham is looking for a Chef de Partie This is the perfect opportunity for a Chef de Partie who wants to work in Michelin food in return a salary of £22,000 – £24,000 plus £4,000 – £5,000 in service charge.
As a Chef de Partie you will be surrounded by likeminded Chefs – a brigade who wants to push and are obsessed with food.
The food at this Michelin is a mixture of classical and modern with some really up to date twists.
As Chef de Partie you will without doubt grow and develop where Chef de Parties here have gone onto some of the most notable Michelin kitchens in the UK
There is no shouting or swearing – everything is cool, calm and professional.
You will be working with other Michelin Star Head Chefs where they do regular collaborations.
You will be encouraged and helped with doing stages in the UK and Europe with the full support of the owner whether its 1 Michelin, 2 Michelin or 3 Michelin.
If you are a Chef de Partie who wants to do cooking competitions again the full support will be given.
