A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract at a fresh food Brasserie near Solihull and in return you will be paid a salary of £21,000 – £23,500.
As a Chef de Partie you will be working with fresh food, seasonal and local to Solihull.
As a Chef de Partie you will be working under a 3 Rosette Head Chef who will give you the chance to put input into the menu.
As a Chef de Partie you will work on all sections or if there is a section you prefer then that is fine.
This role is perfect for a Chef de Partie who does not want to in conference and banqueting, afternoon tea etc etc. As a Chef de Partie you will be just working in Brasserie, so you can concentrate on the food.
This property has a family feel about the place with regular staff party’s and training as a while.
If you live in and around the Solihull area public transport is possible or if outside the Solihull area ideally a driver with car is required.
