A stunning 2 Rosette restaurant near Birmingham is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the brigade paying a salary of £21,000 – £24,000 per year plus TRONC in this Rosette restaurant.
As Chef de Partie you will be working in a team of 5 in the brigade.
This is not a Rosette restaurant is not crazy with hours and customers – there is a good opportunity for a Chef de Partie who wants to work in a relaxed, fun but professional environment.
The shift pattern is mainly straight shifts which is not usually the norm for a Rosette restaurant property.
As Chef de Partie you will ideally have 1 or 2 Rosette experience but mainly fresh food experience.
This Chef de Partie role would also be of interest to any Commis Chefs looking to step up.
Due to the location of this hotel near Birmingham you will need to drive and have your own car
