This Michelin Sous Chef role is in Jersey and not in the location being advertised – but has Live-in available.

 

Ideally the Sous Chef will have Michelin or Rosette experience – there is a full strengths brigade with the exception of 1 x Sous Chef

 

The salary for this Michelin role is £34,000 – £36,000 plus tips but to add to this you will be taxed 9%-14% rather than 20%. So you will save a fortune working here as a Sous Chef.

 

You will be working in a team of 10 chefs where the majority of chefs have worked here for a 2 – 3 years – this is an indication of what it is like to work there.

 

There is live-in accommodation 5-minute walk from the restaurant so ideal for any Sous Chef looking to relocate and mover away. The live-in is at a very good standard where two brand new kitchens are being built as you read this advert – impressive live-in.

 

Your flights will also be paid for should you be successful with your trial.
