As a Chef de Partie you will be working with fresh food, seasonal and local to Birmingham
As a Chef de Partie you will be working under a 3 Rosette Head Chef who will give you the chance to put input into the menu.
As a Chef de Partie you will work on all sections or if there is a section you prefer then that is fine.
This property has a family feel about the place with regular staff party’s and training as a while.
A Chef de Partie who drives and has their own car would be ideal near Birmingham.
