You will be working with fresh and seasonal food in a team of 6 chefs.

 

The owner of this property is looking for a Chef de Partie who will be Junior Sous in 6 months.

 

As a Chef de Partie you will be given a 40-hour contract so any hours over 40 you will get paid.

 

To add this tips work out at around £4,000 – £5,000 per year.

 

This restaurant is busy and an ideal Chef de Partie will have worked with fresh food at a high volume.
