A Private Chef is required for a luxury ski chalet in Switzerland for one of Europe’s most high-end private ski companies offering a great package. The ideal Private Chef will be a strong Chef de Partie or Sous Chef who is used to fine dining.

You will be working in a Chalet in one of the top ski destinations in Switzerland that can host groups of 12 – each chalet costs around £24,000 a week where you will be responsible for continental breakfast, (no lunch) afternoon tea and a fine dining dinner (3-5 course) there are no menu’s set in stone as it will be bespoke to the guests staying hence why you need to be able to cook at high standard.

You must have experience in Michelin/Rosettes or as a Private Chef.

Any Chef de Parties with Michelin or Rosette background, private Chef experience and a genuine interest in Skiing or Snowboarding will be ideal/essential.
