Richard grew up in Hong Kong, moved back to the UK at 8 years old with his family and then spent time living in Cambridge, Oxford, London, New Zealand and Gloucestershire.
Recently moved to Oxford. Worked in various sales roles within the Ornamental Aquatics industry before moving to New Zealand and taking a new path into Hospitality Management. Returned from New Zealand in 2021 during the Coronavirus pandemic and shortly after began working in Recruitment for Jubilee Hospitality.
Richard gets his energy from being around other people, so loves working with and managing large teams of people in fast paced and ever-changing environments. A personality that suit and enjoys the demands of recruitment consultancy.
