Kelly Staunton
Kelly started working in hotels from age 14, at a 12-bedroom boutique wedding hotel named Ashfield House. Continuing her love for hospitality, completing a first-class BA (hons) degree at The University of Central Lancashire and as master’s degree in International Business Law (LLM).
Kelly lived in Cyprus and Guangzhou working at luxury five-star Marriott Hotels on a management graduate scheme and lived in Nashville USA for over a year working at Hyatt Place Hotels. Further to this, Kelly progressed quickly in the industry from working as a Guest Relations Manager at The Midland Hotel Manchester, Assistant Front Office Manager at Mottram Hall Hotel and Spa Champneys, and as a Spa and Leisure Director at Macdonald Hotels and Resorts. Furthermore, Kelly is an active member of the Institute of Hospitality & won the Acorn 30 Under 30 Award in 2023.
