Jess started her career as an apprentice in a fine-dining establishment in Finchampstead. Here she found her love for good food, delicious wine and providing perfect service for customers. Jess achieved a wine qualification alongside a distinction within her apprenticeship and progressed to Restaurant Supervisor.
Jess relocated to Portsmouth for a year and worked in a hotel as Reception Supervisor. After returning to Reading she decided to make a career change to challenge herself and sought out a Hospitality Recruitment role. This way she can keep her fingers dipped into hospitality, sink her teeth into a new path, and have enough time to collect injuries from snowboarding at the weekend.
