Isobel started working in hospitality when studying at University of Birmingham, working at a range of pubs and restaurants during her 3 years of study.
She then travelled to Australia for a gap year, which was unfortunately cut short by COVID. Coming home abruptly she did a range of key worker roles until lockdown lifted, before stepping back into hospitality as a bar and restaurant manager in Worcester.
After working at Cheltenham races, she decided to take the leap into recruitment by joining Jubilee, ready for a new challenge!
