A Sushi Chef is required for an award winning restaurant in Nottingham.
Our client is a sophisticated restaurant serving contemporary cuisine in a stylish yet informal setting.
The Head Chef is looking for someone who has atleast one year experience working as a sushi chef however there will be additional training provided to get you to deliver the reputable high standard food offering.
This is a great environment to work as you will join an established company offering the very best in training and progression. The management look after their team and will not expect you to work beyond your 40 HR contract, so finally an opportunity for a great WORK / LIFE balance.
You will develop the menu with the Head Chef and create specials – so a touch of creativity in needed.

Salary £16000 – £18000 – depending on experience.
