Junior Sous Chef

Up to £28000 Basic salary per annum + Tips Approx. £2.5k

Straight Shifts and 1 split usually

Exciting Menus, plus traditional Pub Grub, lots of fresh food

Events and functions held on site, restaurant is closed while these are held

 

Premium independent gastropub in Stroud seeking a skilled Chef to help develop this passionate multi-cultural team.

 

Shifts here are locked down so everyone gets 2.5 days off every single week. Kitchen is closed for major holidays. There is a lot of flexibility with the employees on time off, late starts for the school run etc, it’s a lovely place to work.

 

Wonderful fresh food, procured from a wide variety of local farmers and growers, lots of dishes are produced from scratch on site, desserts, ice cream, sorbets, sauces, plus a lot of items are bought in to save you time and create a more efficient operation.

 

Think this might be out of your league? You are more than capable to do this job. If you love cooking then you will fit perfectly in this team.
