A Sous Chef is required for the banqueting department of this luxury hotel £28,500 – £30,000 near Oxford.

As Sous Chef this will be a mini department for you to take hold of – which is Monday-Friday.

You will be responsible for banqueting during the week where shifts will range from day shifts to late shifts BUT weekends off. Weddings are upto 80 for a sit down.

All the food is fresh, menus have been finalised BUT the Head Chef wants input into the next ones.

This role is perfect for any Sous Chef wanting a better work life balance.

Due to the location of this venue you must have a car and have a valid driving license.
