My client is a beautiful Gastro Pub who is looking for an experienced Junior Sous or Sous Chef who that has worked in some High-End establishments with an ideal background coming from a 2 or 3 Rosette level. My client will be opening a second property very soon and this could be the perfect platform for a Sous Chef to take his first Head Chef position heading up the new opening. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative Sous Chef who can come in and think on their feet as the menus are written daily and all animals are brought in whole and broken down, so a high level of butchery skill is required also. A good understanding of running a business is also a necessity as well as a mature head as business can fluctuate at different times of the year and the menu options need to reflect this.


The package consists of a 25K Salary paid monthly, 3K in tips and a 5K bonus which is paid quarterly based on the successful target completion of the GP%.


There is live-in available for the successful candidate, comprising of a whole flat/apartment, ideal for someone re-locating.
