As Sous Chef / CDP / lead chef, in addition to being immaculately presented, you will offer the following experience, skill and qualification:-

-Professional chef experience preferably have with in a Stadium or large venue environment.

-706 or NVQ Level 1&2 qualifications.

-Basic food/ Hygiene certificate.

-Proven knife skills in a kitchen environment

-The ability to manage a team.

-Good communication skills.

-Driving licence and own transport to different assignments that we can offer.

Sous Chef / CDP / lead chef will be responsible for and involve the following:-

–          Carrying out chef duties in a profession and credible manner.

–          Operation and management of a kitchen section or in some cases the kitchen.

–          Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

–          Ensuring the kitchen function properly within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
