A truly stunning hotel in the Cotswolds is looking for a Sous Chef to add to its already talented brigade. The food is very much at the forefront of everything that they do so this is great career move for any chef!! Experience at Rosette level is a must and Michelin experience preferred.
5/7 shift pattern basis – Straight Shifts!
This property has 2 Rosettes, they want Chefs who want to cook really good food to a high standard, to give their guests a GREAT dining experience and have passion and flare to work with a great team, to share knowledge and work under the fantastic guidance.
As Sous Chef you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
Solid Experience at Rosette level
Former Hotel Experience preferable
Professional Chef Experience – Creativity and idea’s towards the industry
Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous
Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
Carrying out Chef Duties in a professional and credible manner.
Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
