Fantastic gastro Pub in the central Cotswolds seeking a Sous Chef to join this team and motivate the passionate brigade.

 

This is a brilliant owner to work for, who genuinely cares about the staff and makes sure the brigade are paid correctly for the hours they do. It is rare you will work over 48 HOURS but when it happens YOU GET PAID for EVERY HOUR OVER.

 

Plus with up to £27000 basic, this is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate chef to join a fantastic team.

 

If you are a Junior Sous or a strong CDP looking for that next step in your career, this could be a great move up into the world of managing a kitchen in a senior role.

 

You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop the menu which consists of mainly British/European dishes with some elements of classical French cuisine. If you have your own ideas and dishes then you will have the freedom to include these on the Specials and for the events and functions that the Hotel host.

 

It’s a small team, but everyone gets along well and NOBODY works the ridiculous hours that we have all come to expect from this industry.
