Sous Chef required for this full team, this is the last piece of the puzzle now. You will be responsible for motivating and managing the junior squad, get involved with writing and designing the menus and specials, freedom to use a huge array of local suppliers from artisan and independent producers.


£30,000 per annum package [including £26000 basic plus excellent cash tips]


This gastro pub will be fantastic. It’s a brand new concept designed and implemented by local experts who have owned incredibly successful and popular restaurants in the Cheltenham region over recent years. They care about their customers as well as their staff and they absolutely demand on the best produce and ingredients for the chefs to work with.

They will not accept the usual long hours and insist on regular breaks and a maximum of 50 hours a week for the everyone in the team.
