Amazing opportunity for someone who wants to push on to achieve awards and recognition within the fine dining Restaurant. This will be your sole area of responsibility, utilising a team of 4 Chefs in the restaurant fine dining team; no banqueting, no breakfast shifts to contend with, this is all dealt with from a separate kitchen within the property.


Currently the Restaurant has retained its coveted 2AA Rosettes for the past 3 years and are seriously looking to build on that now, under your management and under the expert guidance of this supportive Executive Head Chef.


You have full autonomy on the direction of the menu. A full range of state of the art equipment are available to you and your team, including Pacojet, Thermomix, 2 x rationals, water baths etc. You also have complete freedom to source ingredients from wherever you choose, but there is long list of existing local suppliers and artisan producers already set up and supplying quality produce.


Straight shift patterns, excellent holiday and benefits package.

2 days off together every week.

50 covers per night plus private dining and smaller intimate functions.

Bonus incentive based on food cost results.
