A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proven Sous Chef in this beautiful property located near Sutton Coldfield. The Restaurant/Hotel is looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef too support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. The role consists of a Two Rosette Restaurant, Banqueting, Weddings, and Room Service and bar food.

Our client is looking for

  • Experience at Rosette level preferable
  • Former Hotel experience
  • A Driver is also preferable
  • A real eye for detail and flair in cooking
  • Stock takes and Ordering
  • Former experience at Sous Chef level essential
  • Managing the team in the Head Chefs absence
  • Training new team members

My client is offering 28,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday. There is proven great speed of progression within the company for the right individual.
