A Sous Chef is required for a permanent contract working for a fresh food rosette operation Worcestershire. The Head Chef is looking for someone who is driven and has all round kitchen skills with the ability to work to a high standard using only the best local suppliers in the area.
You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days per week.

As Sous Chef, in addition to being immaculately presented, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications to the role:-
– Experience in a busy high end kitchen.
– Butchery, Fish, Larder, A la Carte and banquet experience important.
– 706/1 & 2 or NVQ/VRQ Level 1 & 2 qualifications.
– Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and Food Allergen Certificate.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and lead a team of chefs.
– Driving licence and own transport very helpful.
