Our client is looking for a Senior Sous Chef with:

  • Excellent cookery and organization skills
  • Ability to manage the team alongside the Head chef and in his absence
  • Ability to train new team members
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Rota’s and labour cost control
  • Understanding and ability to execute health and safety procedures
  • Creativity and menu ideas

The Senior Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following: –

  • Carrying out responsibilities in a professional and credible manner
  • Operation of a section and meeting all standards set by the Head Chef
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced
  • HACCP
