This excellent Members Club is now looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to run the hot section working with high quality fresh produce with an input on frequently changing menu’s.

 

Producing modern British cuisine in a brand new kitchen you will have an opportunity to fit into a friendly team, cooking excellent food with a work life balance.

 

Highlights of the role: –

  • Monday- Friday
  • 6 Weeks holiday, including Christmas and Easter
  • Up to £26,000
  • Paid overtime if necessary
  • Working in a friendly atmosphere with like-minded professionals.

 

 

The Senior Chef de Partie will have the following proven experience and attributes: –

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie, specifically with meat and fish cookery.
  • Proven knife skills.
  • Passion and determination.
  • Knowledge and execution of Food safety laws.
  • Integrity in teaching junior members of the team.

 

To succeed in this role, the Chef de Partie must have the following attributes: –

  • Carrying out responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.
  • Operation of a section and meeting all standards set by the Head Chef.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
  • Experience managing a variety of sections is vital.
