Our client is a contemporary restaurant serving seasonal, fresh produce at a high/quality standard, specialising in modern gastronomy cooking techniques. The menu is changed quarterly and with daily specials to keep things interesting.

As the Chef de partie you will be responsible for the training and development of junior chefs in the brigade as well as manage the kitchen in the absence of the Sous & Head Chef.

£19000 / £22000 Based on experience.

The ideal Senior Chef de partie will :

Have experience working with fresh food.

Have atleast 1 year experience as a Chef de Partie

Be self-motivated and have a passion for the industry.

Flexible with working patterns.

To come from a Rosette background would be preferable but not essential.
