A pastry demi chef de partie is required for a permanent contract working within a Multi Rosette property in Hertfordshire. This is one of the best resort hotels in the country – do you want to be part of his team?

The Head Chef is looking for a Pastry Chef that has a background in Rosettes and 5 star establishments although not essential, so if you have 1 or more this is the role for you. Maybe you have been working as a commis for the past year in a 1 Rosette – the Head Chef will be interested.

This salary on offer is £18,000 – £18,500 depending on experience and to add to this there are gratuities. This hotel appreciates what a good pastry chef means for a kitchen that’s going places.

This role is in the heart of Hertfordshire where the client has a large variety of good quality live in accommodation with staff discounts throughout the hotel, use of the spa, gym, golf course and other facilities, company pension, private medical insurance available and more.

Would suit a pastry chef with a classical luxury country house background that is looking for an opportunity to learn from an experienced team.

Having a car would be beneficial in this job location
