A 2 Rosette Restaurant is looking for a Commis Chef with a passion for pastry!! Working alongside the Head Pastry chef who has been working at a Michelin Star level for years. This is a great role for you to enhance your pastry skills and your Cv.
The Pastry commis chef will be responsible for and involve the following: –
• Working closely with the Head Pastry Chef
• Running the section on The Head Pastry Chefs day off
• Serving desserts to both the restaurant and afternoon teas.
• Working as a part of a strong team.
To succeed in this role, the pastry commis chef must have the following attributes: –
• An eye for detail.
• A love for fresh food and the industry.
• Proven pastry skills.
• Creativity and ideas.
• Passion and determination.
The pastry commis chef will receive the following benefits:-
• A great salary between £17,000 – £20,000 per annum
• Working under a Head Pastry chef
• Great staff accommodation.
