A fine dining restaurant near Birmingham is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie. This is the perfect opportunity for a Pastry Chef de Partie who wants to work with fine dining food for just 24 covers.

As a Pastry Chef de Partie you will be exposed to amazing seasonal and local produce, you will also be exposed to a la carte and taster menus only – there is no early diner menus, no express menu – the owner will not sacrifice his food.

You will have Sunday evenings off as well as Monday and Tuesdays off as set days and also they are closed for Christmas.

£19,000 – £20,000 depending on experience

Excellent tips in the region of £4,000 – £5,000
