A Pastry Chef de Partie is required for a hotel near Coventry/Warwick who will be simply in charge of the afternoon teas for this stunning Rosette property. This Pastry Chef de Partie or Afternoon Tea Chef will be responsible for this area of the kitchen. On average there is around 40 per day and the Head Chef wants a Pastry Chef de Partie who can consistently come in and make all the items fresh per day.

You will start at 5am so you have full access to all the oven space before the breakfast chef arrives. You will be in charge of the items, so your input ideas will be accepted.

This role is ideal for any Pastry Chef de Partie who are fed up with longs hours and split and key working every evening. You will get every night off.

A lot of high end hotels in London and the outskirts have an afternoon chef and this hotel is investing in this scenario.
