We are looking for a talented pastry chef for this beautiful scenic property in central Wales where you will be creating your own desserts to a 1 AA rosette standard along with a bustling afternoon tea trade. You will be using only the finest local ingredients to create a range of sumptuous plated desserts working a maximum of 50 hours.
There is live in accommodation if you need and there are tips plus a staff discount incentive scheme.

As the Pastry you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen
– Creativity and ideas towards the industry
– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous
– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
The Pastry Chef role be responsible for and involved in the following: –
– Carrying out Pastry CDP Chef duties in a professional and credible manner.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
– Creative Input on the menus with own outstanding ideas
