My Client is a Beautiful Gastro Pub/Restaurant who is looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef to fill the role of Sous Chef. The ideal candidate would have overseen some very busy kitchens as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef. The location of the property will be revealed eventually once a CV has been received and accepted. My Client is very popular all year round and is a complete fresh food kitchen where everything is made on site. Similar experience of a busy Gastro Pub or Brasserie.
