A very experienced Head Pastry Chef is required for this stunning luxury country house hotel to work along side a very talented Exec chef. You need to have had at least 4 or 5 years’ experience in a similar 3 rosette plus Michelin property and be able to cope with running the entire pastry kitchen from menu planning to HACCAP, rostering and more.
This amazing high end boutique hotel is looking for a Head Pastry Chef to lead the team of 6 that is well versed in all the latest styles and techniques to lead the team in the separate pastry kitchen where they create all the desserts and pastry items for all the outlets on site including the Michelin restaurant
There is live in accommodation available at a very low rate both on site and nearby in the local town with a shuttle bus service run by the hotel.
