The Head Chef is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef with a back ground in rosettes and 4 star establishments although not essential to run the pastry team in this great kitchen.
This salary on offer is £21,000 – £24,000 depending on experience and to add to this there are gratuities. This hotel appreciates what a good pastry chef means for a kitchen that’s going places.
This is a beautiful Country Manor house looking to make a name for itself. A lot of money has been spent on the property bringing it up to a very high standard with the aim of becoming the best in the area and moving towards gaining its first AA rosette.
Would suit a pastry chef with a classical luxury country house background that is looking for an opportunity to perhaps take their first role as head pastry chef and run their own team.
Having a car would be beneficial in this job location
