The Head Chef post would suit a senior Sous or first or even second time Head Chef, but ideally you will have previous experience in a premium kitchen, possibly Rosettes, but not essential if your food was banging.
The business is booming so you must have some patience, but ultimately there is a huge opportunity to help develop and push the offering alongside the owner and the brigade.
