My client is searching for a head chef for their 14 room, boutique property. With a planned refurb for 2018 this is an exciting time to join and head up this 5 man team. The property has one rosette, cooking at 2 rosette level. There is a stable front of house team to start to build on and produce good food and continue to grow the great reputation.


The Head chef will be capable cooking to one rosette minimum, managing all sides of the kitchen from HACCP to costs and man management of the brigade.
