My client is looking for a head chef to open their new site in the Cotswolds. This large golf club has exciting plans for 2018 with a 25-bedroom hotel and restaurant facilities for up to 170 covers. The food will be high quality so 2 rosette experience needed. There will be a team of around 10 to produce this high-quality offering.
The successful head chef will need a minimum of 2 rosette experience, be comfortable building and managing a brigade of chefs. the head chef will also need to be confident in setting up and managing the HACCP procedures.
