The head chef will get to work with a GM who has stepped out of the kitchen so understands the role and will be able to offer support. The pub are looking to change the concept so this is an exciting time to join and be part of this change.
The head chef will have experience in a fresh food, fast paced environment. Will be confident managing a small brigade, and keeping on top of all the paperwork at the pub.
This role would suit a sous chef looking for their first head chef or a chef looking to have a bit more autonomy in their role.
