A stunning Rosette boutique hotel near Barmouth is looking for a Head Chef to join the brigade paying a salary of £35,000 – £37,000 per year with an appealing shift pattern for a Rosette property.
AS Head Chef you will be working in a team of 5 in the brigade working 40-45hours max.
This is not a hotel that is crazy with hours and customers – there is a good opportunity for a Head Chef who wants to work in a relaxed, fun but professional environment.
The shift pattern is mainly straight shifts which is not usually the norm for a Rosette hotel property.
As Head Chef you will ideally have 1 or 2 Rosette experience. A Senior Sous will also be considered.
Due to the location of this hotel near Barmouth you will need to drive and have your own car.
For this Head Chef role should your require assistance with relocation near Barmouth the owners can step in and offer short term live in accommodation.
