My Client is looking for a head chef for their multi-outlet 4*hotel near Birmingham. The property is family owned and the jewel in their small portfolio of hotels. Alongside the fine dining restaurant there is a busy conference and banqueting trade, a large amount of weddings a year and daily afternoon tea and a very busy Spa to cater for.

The successful Head Chef will need to have experience in a 4* hotel, worked at 2 rosette level minimum and have overseen large banqueting operations. The Head Chef will need to have proven track record at controlling both food and staffing costs in previous properties while not being afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. In return my client is offering a package that could surpass £50k if all targets are met.
