The pub currently holds 2 rosettes for its cooking and will give the right chef to showcase their skills within the style of this property.
This isn’t a massive operation, so the successful head chef could be a sous chef looking for the step up or a current head chef looking for a step up in quality.
The successful head chef will be comfortable cooking with fresh food, have a good understanding of all due diliginces and be happy with the financial side of running a kitchen
