My client is actively looking for a head chef for their 2 rosette 4* hotel. They are part of a small very luxury group owning another notable property. The last head chef did over 5 years at the property so a great place to go to work.

 

The successful head chef will be used to cooking to a 2 rosette level, have experience at banqueting up to 500 covers, experience managing a small brigade and be a hands on chef leading from the front
