My client a golf club near Northampton are looking for a head chef for their clubhouse. Serving both members and non- members the head chef would have a level of autonomy on menus. The small team cater for around 30 weddings a year alongside the day to day running of the clubhouse.
The clubhouse generally serves food during daylight hours so finished by 4 in the winter!!!
The successful head chef will be happy working on their own, have a great attitude to join a team where everyone dives in to help each other. The head chef would also need to be innovative to come up with new profitable ideas
