What is a general assistant / hospitality?
- A general assistant is a multi skilled hospitality operative. Someone who can deliver great hospitality service in both a front of house and back of house environment.
Basic Front of house duties may include:
- Serving of meals and beverages to customers, ensuring great customer service at all time.
- Working on a till
- Clearing tables and maintaining the restaurant, café or canteen
Basic Back of house duties include:
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as efficiently as possible.
- Collect and wash glassware and crockery when necessary.
- Ensure hospitality rooms are left tidy
We are looking for friendly people with positive working attitude and passion for hospitality. We have some great venues including restaurants, hotels, canteens and events venues!
