Are you an experienced Banqueting and Conference Supervisor ready for a new challenge?

THE JOB:

Overseeing the Hotel’s operations and Management of the Night Reception Tea.
Conducting inspections and audit of the front and back of house as well as F&B outlets during shift.
Ensuring adherence to the company procedures.
Monitoring of early morning wake up procedures as well as efficiently following check-in/out processes.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Min. 1 year experience in a Reception Management or Night Management within a 4 or 5 star property.
  • Able to run the night audit function.
  • Knowledgeable of front office systems as well as back up procedures.
  • Ability to adhere to the set standards onsite.
  • Please note that due to the location of the property you MUST have own means of transport.
