THE JOB:

Handling of incoming enquiries via incoming calls and emails.
Booking processing.
Treatments scheduling.
Ability to maintain an excellent customer service.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Excellent call handling manner.
  • Positive and welcoming approach.
  • Impeccable command of English language – both spoken and written.
  • Ability to maintain an excellent customer service.
  • Target driven and able to work under pressure.
  • Please note that due to the location of the property you MUST have own means of transport.

THE PACKAGE:

  • 25.5K per annum
  • 40h per week on a Monday – Friday basis
