Food & Beverage Manager – Hotel – 27k West Midlands

Seeking a talented and ambitious Food & Beverage Manager, to ensure the smooth running of the F&B operation within a luxury Hotel near to Rugby.

As the Food & Beverage Manager you will have the skills to maximize profitability of the outlets by increasing revenue and controlling costs, whilst ensuring the highest service standards possible.

This is a great opportunity for a restaurant manager looking for their first F&B Manager role.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

• Optimize profit potential in all Food & Beverage areas by implementing pro-active sales activities and controlling all costs.
• To manage and control the F&B annual budget.
• Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Be responsible for the detailed planning of all events, as well manage all group & corporate F&B functions.
• Report directly into the General Manager
• Delivering on high service standards
• Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations

 

Ideal Food & Beverage Manager candidates will:

 

• Operate with an unwavering passion for customer service and colleague development.
• Come from at least 3 star Hotel background.
• Possess conference & banqueting experience
