Seeking an experienced and talented Food & Beverage Manager, to ensure the smooth running of the F&B operation within a luxury Conference and events environment.
As the Food & Beverage Manager you will have the skills to maximize profitability of the outlets by increasing revenue and controlling costs, whilst ensuring the highest service standards possible. You will lead the team across multi outlets which includes two restaurants, a bar and C&B facilities.

The General Manager ensures that all the employees as stick to the contracted hours of 37.5 hrs a week.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Optimize profit potential in all Food & Beverage areas by implementing pro-active sales activities and controlling all costs.
- To manage and control the F&B annual budget.
- Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
- Be responsible for the detailed planning of all events, as well manage all group & corporate F&B functions.
- Report directly into the General Manager
- Delivering on high service standards
- Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations
Ideal Food & Beverage Manager candidates will:
- Operate with an unwavering passion for customer service and colleague development.
- Come from a multi outlet operation
- Possess both Restaurant Management and conference & banqueting experience.
- Work well under pressure in a high volume environment
