Chef de Partie are required for our hospitality kitchen team working weekends and some evenings on a temporary basis on match days/large events in Northampton

As a skilled Chef de Partie, in addition to being immaculately presented, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

  • Chef experience preferably with experience gained within a stadium/racecourse/circuit/large venue environment.
  • Experience within a commercial or private venue.
  • 706 or NVQ Level 1 & 2 qualifications.
  • Proven knife skills in a kitchen environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Driving licence and own transport to commute to different assignments that we can offer.

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for/involve the following: –

  • Carrying out Chef duties in a professional and credible manner.
  • Operation and management of a kitchen section or in some cases the kitchen.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
  • Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

In return for your Chef de partie skills and experience, the client is offering an hourly pay rate of between £9 and £12 per hour. This is an excellent opportunity to test your skills and experience in a match day/racecourse/circuit setting.

Providing quality food to corporate clients within fine dining restaurants, executive boxes, lounge areas and corporate bars, you will work as part of a team delivering service excellence, operating with a can-do attitude and maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.

You will be working within some of the most high-profile venues from football stadia, hotels, theatres, restaurants and large events!
